Looking for CBD Distillate for Sale? Here’s What You Need to Know…
CBD Distillate is the product of a refined extraction method used to extract the valuable compounds from hemp biomass. CBD Distillate can be in two forms; Full Spectrum CBD Distillate, which contains a small amount of THC <.03% and a variety of cannabinoids, fatty acids, oils, terpenes, and vitamins. Or… Broad Spectrum CBD Distillate, similar to full-spectrum but the THC has been removed through selective distillation, resulting in THC free product but cannabinoid-rich. One thing to know is not all CBD is created equally.

What does “quality” mean in the CBD distillate world?
To us, “quality” means superiority at every step of the manufacturing process: from seed to the CBD distillate, to the private white label CBD products we offer.
Other CBD manufacturers struggle to maintain control over where their hemp flower comes from, which can lead to impure, inconsistent or contaminated products. With CNP Operating your customers will get to enjoy CBD distillate made from organically grown hemp with no heavy metals, pesticides, hexane, pentane, lead, mercury, or mold contamination.
At CNP Operating, we understand that quality alone isn’t enough to set you apart. You need something more, you need a story to back up your product line. The Unique Edge our CBD Distillate Gives You

CBD Distillate exists in two forms.
The first is known as “Full Spectrum” and it contains the “full-spectrum” of beneficial vitamins, terpenes, and cannabinoids found in the CBD Biomass.
Full Spectrum CBD products contain less than .03% THC.
Broad Spectrum CBD Distillate goes through an extra step in the distillation process to remove any trace of THC. Converting Full Spectrum CBD Distillate into broad-spectrum is more difficult, requires additional steps, and advanced machinery that few facilities have access to. At CNP Operating, however, we’re able to produce bulk orders of Broad Spectrum distillate in just a few days. Learn More About Full Spectrum CBD
Full Spectrum refers to a vibrant and diverse cannabinoid profile, meaning it preserves all of the therapeutic cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that occur naturally in hemp.
In Full Spectrum CBD oil, none of the cannabinoids have been removed, including the psychoactive compounds (THC).
All of the numerous cannabinoids work in unison for the betterment of the whole. A full-spectrum CBD oil will have less than 0.3% THC in the formula.
Because full spectrum CBD contains all compounds that naturally occur in the plant, your body is able to benefit from the entire plant when you consume this type of CBD oil.
This brings on the Entourage Effect; the term used to describe the synergistic relationship of the compounds that naturally occur in cannabis (i.e. what the body experiences when all the compounds of the cannabis plant work together upon consumption).
Learn More About Broad Spectrum CBD Distillate
Broad-spectrum CBD represents a middle ground between full-spectrum and CBD isolate.
A true broad-spectrum product is high in CBD, contains absolutely 0% THC, but retains some of the other cannabinoids, terpenes, and similar potentially beneficial compounds that an isolate does not.
The refining process of extraction is critical for crafting broad-spectrum oil. During this step, you can remove unwanted cannabinoids from the formula (aka THC).

What Is CBD Distillate?
CBD is an abbreviation of the term cannabidiol, a compound produced by the cannabis plant that has become popular as a dietary and health supplement. The world of CBD extraction has rapidly developed over the past few years.
One of the methods that are redefining the CBD extraction scene is distillation. Distillation is the process of separating components of a liquid mixture through selective heating and condensation. The final product of this process is known as a distillate.
Therefore, CBD distillate is a highly refined form of CBD.
It is one of the purest forms of CBD and has limitless practical applications.
CBD distillate is a highly concentrated extract derived from hemp and cannabis plants, although the latter is not very common. CBD distillate typically has upwards of 90% cannabidiol and it’s considered one of the purest and cleanest extracts available on the market, second in purity only to CBD isolate.
Distillate retains a minimal amount of other compounds like plant waxes, vitamins, antioxidants, terpenes, and some minor cannabinoids.
Whether it contains trace or illegal levels of THC depends on whether it was extracted from cannabis or hemp, although most of the time, hemp is preferred.
This makes it great for anyone who needs accurate dosing but also needs the medicinal benefits that come from the entourage effect.
CBD Distillation Extraction Processes
At CNP Operating we have built and expanded large scale hemp processing labs.
We have created a laboratory capable of processing up to 10,000 lbs of biomass daily to meet the growing demand for high-quality CBD from US grown hemp.
Currently, we are able to make 50kg per day of CBD Distillate.
We farm our own hemp and process our own cultivation farm.
We also work with farmers who want to process their own material and set up tolling partnerships to benefit our farmers’ growth.
How is CBD Distillate made?
The process of distillation has been practiced for many centuries. It is similar to producing spirits from fermented grain, we can distill our hemp.
Step 1: Initial Extraction
The first step of the process of creating CBD distillate is to extract cannabidiol from the hemp plant matter.
There are a few different ways to do this including Ethanol extraction, solvent extraction, C02 extraction or the rinsing and sifting method (physical) method.
Step 2: Winterization
This step removes the unwanted impurities that are inadvertently extracted from the hemp plants during step one.
During winterization, the extracted solution is placed into an extremely cold (winterized) environment for 24 to 48 hours.
At this point, any impurities congeal and separate from the rest of the solution.
The impurities are thrown out and the remaining product is filtered.
Step 3: Decarboxylation
Before being exposed to heat or oxygen, cannabinoids exist in an acidic state (CBDA, THCA, etc.).
To convert the plant cannabinoids into their active state, the extracted solution is heated thoroughly.
Step 4: Distillation
In the final process of distillation, the solution is vaporized and collected in a distillation cooling system.
Each compound in the plant can be separated because of the variations in volatility, or boiling level, so the result is a relatively clean product.
The Difference Between CBD Distillate and CBD Isolate
The purest form of CBD is CBD isolate. It is strictly isolated cannabidiol made from hemp.
After it is extracted from the hemp, all waxes, oils, chlorophyll, and every other bit of plant matter is removed, leaving nothing but CBD in a crystalline powder.
That powder can range from 95 to 99 percent pure CBD and is completely flavorless. CBD isolate contains no THC whatsoever.
There is no risk of psychoactive effects and minimal risk of flagging a false positive on a drug test.
Furthermore, CBD isolate is both tasteless and odorless.
CBD distillate is made through distillation.
This means the cannabis is purified by a heating or cooling process to produce highly concentrated CBD. CBD distillate is not as pure as CBD isolate.
It usually contains roughly 80 percent CBD. It still can contain other cannabinoids, terpenes, and plant matter in the remaining 20 percent. The THC content of CBD distillate can vary.
If it is made from marijuana, it likely contains at least some THC in it, although not much. In all likelihood, you will not feel any intoxicating effects despite there being some THC in there.
If it is made from hemp, it probably only has trace amounts of THC.
